TERMS AND CONDITIONS / SAAS SERVICE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MissionsMob platform and services.
1. Description of Services
MissionsMob provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support missions-focused organizations.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
3. Account Registration
Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
Fees are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. License & Acceptable Use
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted.
6. User Content
Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant MissionsMob a license to use it for service operation.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property belongs to MissionsMob, LLC.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
9. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for violation or non-payment.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is".
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify MissionsMob.
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.
15. Changes to Terms
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
